you don’t have to do this alone

Get access to physical and mental health resources, regardless of your current financial situation.

Asking for help isn’t a weakness

It’s a step forward. A way to stay strong for yourself, your family and the people who count on you.

Resilient Lives Foundation exists to ensure veterans and first responders can access trauma-informed resilience programs regardless of financial circumstance. Through funded scholarships and community support, we help cover the cost of participation so you can focus on what matters most: healing, growth, and resilience.

This application helps us understand your background, your needs and how we can best support you. There is no judgment, no expectation to “prove” anything and no obligation beyond sharing what you’re comfortable with.

Who This Is For

You may be eligible to apply if you are:

  • A veteran

  • An active or retired first responder (law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, dispatch, etc.)

  • Experiencing financial barriers that make access to resilience programs difficult

Spouse and family programming is part of our long-term vision, and additional support offerings will be introduced as the Foundation grows.

What Support looks like

Funded access may include participation in:

  • Trauma-informed resilience programming

  • Functional fitness and conditioning training

  • Community-based peer support groups

  • Future programs as services expand
